About

STELLA RAMOS is a writer, baker, and creative from Seattle, WA. At Occidental College, she studied Religious Studies, with academic focuses on Environmental Ethics, Indigenous Futurity, and Subverting Settler-Colonialism. Following graduation, Stella started as the Press + Programming Assistant at the Feminist Center for Creative Work (then Women’s Center for Creative Work) through the Getty Marrow Undergraduate Internship program. Stella was later hired as the Programming + Operations Manager for the Feminist Center for Creative Work, additionally supporting FCCW Projects Co—Conspirator Press and SALIMA Magazine. In 2021-22, Stella started working for individual artists and organizations/brands as a Studio Manager + Project Manager (Mandy Harris Williams, Ahree Lee, ricky sallay zoker/YATTA, LA Freewaves, Ophelia Byrne, and more).

Stella’s motivations are to support the logistical frameworks, creative visions, and long-term goals of artists, creatives, brands, and organizations. With 5+ years of expertise in the structural support, mental flexibility, and abundant visioning it requires to maintain an artistic practice, Stella is intentional and grounded in her skills as a support for artists and creatives. Joking that she’s a “professional Virgo,” Stella is organized, efficient, grounding, warm, and generous in her work approach.
